At Westbury, we are unwavering in our commitment to the safety and well-being of our scholars, faculty, and community. This platform allows you to report concerns, including bullying, harassment, discrimination, or violations of the District's Dignity Act policies.

Reports may be submitted anonymously. Please note that anonymous reports may limit the District's ability to fully investigate and respond. All reports will be handled with confidentiality, care, and seriousness to the extent permitted by the situation and applicable law.

Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith, or who participates in an investigation, is strictly prohibited.

Individuals may also file a complaint directly with the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights, in addition to or instead of reporting to the District.
