•  Requesting a Change of Instructional Setting  

    During our meetings with you, our families, we learned that you may decide to change your original preference of either keeping your child home, or send them to school during the school year. In order to accommodate these requests and provide our schools time to satisfy the change requests, we ask that you fill out the form below.

    FROM HYBRID INSTRUCTION to 100% REMOTE INSTRUCTION

    Families wishing to change from hybrid instruction to 100% remote instruction, can make the change at any time during the school year. Please complete this form for every child for whom you are requesting a change.

    FROM 100% REMOTE INSTRUCTION  to HYBRID INSTRUCTION 

    Families wishing to change from 100% remote instruction to hybrid instruction will have an opportunity to make the change during the following schedule.  Please note that this change is contingent upon the availability of space while preserving social distancing guidelines*. 

    • Elementary School changes will be allowed at the end of the 1st and 2nd trimester:
      • If request is submitted by October 30, 2020, change to hybrid instruction will occur* on November 16, 2020 (start of 2nd trimester).
      • If request is submitted by February 26, 2021, change to hybrid instruction will occur* on March 15, 2021 (start of 3rd trimester).
    • Secondary School changes will be allowed at the end of the 1st semester:
      • Request must be submitted by January 15, 2021. Change to hybrid instruction will occur* on February 1, 2021 (start of 2nd semester)
