Advanced Placement Art
 
AP Studio Art is a college level course. It allows students to earn college credit while still in high school. This is a two-year class offered to interested juniors. During the course of the year, students will work on building a portfolio for submission to the College Board as their AP Art exam in the area of drawing. The students focus on unusual composition, techniques, use of materials, exploring ideas to create a concentration and preparation for an AP portfolio.
