The Westbury School Budget passed by a vote of 1263 to 789.

Tuesday, April 17, 2012 - Last evening the Westbury School Board adopted the proposed budget for the next school year. The tax levy was kept to 2% although, under New York State law, the budget could have been as high as 2.48% and still would have been in compliance with the 2% cap.According to the School Board President, Dr. Pless Dickerson, " We went with the 2% tax levy budget out of consideration to the community taxpayer while attempting to maintain the integrity of our instructional program."The Business office h…
